  • 10.25% sales tax
  • $250 Deposit required for garden room & Bar patio, $500 marquee room- non refundable (45 days prior to event)
  • Guaranteed count needed 72 hours prior to event
  • Menu needs to be finalized 2 weeks prior to event
  • Charge to open early Saturday or Sunday $600.00
  • Bartender fee Saturday/Sundays $100 under $400 in alcohol sales
  • Weekend day parties are dinner banquet menu only
  • Valet Parking fee $6.00 per person night or $4.50 per person day
